Job Description
- Develop tailored marketing campaigns for sustaining stores based on their performance and customer profile. Ensure strategies address sales gaps, drive foot traffic, and align with seasonal trends and retail dynamics.
- Organize and manage marketing events and programs across multiple regions, ensuring proper execution and alignment with brand standards. Conduct post-activation analysis to measure effectiveness and gather insights for improvement.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely production and deployment of marketing materials. Oversee quality control and compliance with brand guidelines during asset creation and installation.
- Monitor key metrics such as store traffic, sales growth, and campaign ROI. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
- Participate in pilot programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design the 2026 Local Store Marketing framework. Develop standard operating procedures, budget plans, and tool kits to support long-term marketing goals.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Local Store Marketing Manager Should Have
- Experience in trade or local store marketing with proven success in regional activations and multi-location campaigns
- Strategic & Execution Skills Ability to design tailored marketing programs lead on-ground activations and manage end-to-end processes from planning to post-analysis
- Data-Driven Mindset Skilled in tracking performance metrics (foot traffic sales growth ROI) and using insights to optimize campaigns
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management Strong coordination skills with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely brand-compliant execution
- Creative & Practical Thinking Develops innovative yet executable marketing tool kits and seasonal campaigns
- Field Agility Comfortable with nationwide deployment and resolving on-site challenges quickly
