Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Marketing - New client disbursement targets are met for the Loan Center
2. Account Management Portfolio NPL/Past Due
- Achievement of NPL target (% NPL)
- Not more than agreed target or level
3. Coordination with Credit Team - Efficient coordination with Credit team on appraisal, evaluation and administrative functions
4. Documentation and System Compliance - Zero incidence of non-compliance to loan documentary and system requirements
Scope and Limitation:
Loan Center Management
1. Daily coordination with loan officers as to sales plan and mapping activity for sourcing clients
2. Accompanies loan officers to client meetings and validates eligibility of loan application.
3. Reviews and recommends the proposed LRM prior to submission to Credit team and the loans system.
4. Daily coordination with the CI and Appraisal Officer as to scheduling of client appraisal and other related activities.
5. Daily coordination with Credit Analyst Officer and Credit Administration as to completeness of documentary and evaluation/validation requirements.
6. Monitors attendance and timeliness of loans officers and workload management.
7. Attends to administrative requirements of the Loans Center which includes upkeep and maintenance, repairs, general look and feel of the office, and cleanliness.
Sales & Marketing
1. Solicits potential quality loan clients.
2. Attends to all client referrals from Palawan Pawnshop branches.
3. Sets client call/appointment and presents the product features to a prospect client. Inputs all client information into the system for pipeline monitoring and management.
4. Conducts initial credit investigation to determine if prospect clients meet the eligibility criteria.
5. Collects and ensures the authenticity of all documentary requirements needed for credit investigation, evaluation and appraisal.
6. Creates opportunities to cross-sell Palawan Pawnshop Group products and services.
7. Prepares monthly sales plans including area mapping and listing of prospect clients (solicited and referred).
Account Management
1. Regularly monitor clients loan payments for timely and accurate action until loan is fully settled.
2. Conduct loan utilization report thirty (30) days after the loan has been released to ascertain use against declared purpose, to be covered with a call report for filing in the credit folder and loans system.
3. Conducts regular maintenance calls at least once every 6 months for client interviews, validation and follow –up for renewal purposes, to be covered with a call report for filing in the credit folder and loans system.
4. Processes loan renewals and additional credit lines whenever applicable.
5. Performs procedures necessary on mortgage of collaterals for the security of the borrower's accounts.
6. Provides assistance and accommodates clients during loan disbursements.
7. Ensures compliance of deficient documents as per Checklist of Documentary Requirements.
8. Conducts client follow-up for updated requirements like tax compliance, insurance requirements, and other clearances, as required by the Credit Department.
9. Prepares detailed monthly remedial work-out plans for accounts with non-payments.
