Role Overview

We are hiring driven and client-focused Bancassurance Specialist to join onsite teams across Metro Manila. In this role, you'll represent a trusted brand inside partner bank branches—enabling you to engage directly with clients and deliver tailored financial solutions at the point of need.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert financial planning and advisory services
• Recommend insurance, investment, and wealth protection products
• Manage and grow a client portfolio within assigned bank branches
• Conduct client consultations and financial needs analyses
• Participate in continuous skills training and development programs

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Sales experience is a strong advantage.
• Open to non-finance professionals—training provided
• Willing to take the Insurance Licensure Exam
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Self-motivated, target‑driven, and passionate about helping clients secure their financial future
• Open to candidates with any sales experience—even outside bancassurance; full product and advisory training will be provided.
