Position: Loan Operations Specialist (Senior)

Location: Libis Quezon City

  • Role Summary:

The role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and fulfilment of

residential and commercial loans, acting as an offshore extension of the internal

operations team as well as annual reviews and renewals of commercial loans.

The position focuses on process adherence, task execution, and turnaround efficiency,

without to support the brokers and objectives of the business

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage loan fulfilment tasks for residential and commercial loans
  • Complete annual reviews of commercial loans
  • Fulfilment of loan covenants and compliance of some commercial loans
  • Complete loan application data entry and system updates
  • Follow up for documents in line with given checklist
  • Coordinate valuation orders and track progress
  • Support post-settlement administration and servicing requests
  • Liaise internally with operations and sales teams as required

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • All work will be managed through the CRM tasking system
  • Tasks must be completed within agreed timelines
  • Any delay, exception, or risk must be promptly escalated to the Operations Manager

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong understanding of Australian business culture and professional standards
  • Working knowledge of Australian financial documents, including:

○ Company and trust financials

○ BAS and tax returns

○ Trust and corporate structures

○ Finance offer letters

  • Exposure to Commercial loans related processes will have a preference.

Mandatory Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
