The Corporate Loans Management Assistant is responsible for activities related to loans documentation, monitoring and debt servicing, and reporting of loan balances of the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Treasury Operations (TO)
- Communicates with creditor banks the document requirements for all new facilities and for renewal.
- Communicates with creditor banks with regards to the Official Receipt (OR) for the payment made due for the month and timely submission to Treasury-CMS.
- Coordinates with the various banks and financial institutions regarding the Non-Disclosure Agreement of SMDC with creditor banks and provides the signed NDA to the Data Privacy Group of SMDC.
- Make sure that documents on hand are updated and ready for release.
- Prepares and monitors the routing of the Request for Loan Availment Form.
- Prepares and monitors the routing of loan documents.
- Back up of Treasury Asst Debt Servicing.
Corporate Finance Management (CFM)
- Prepares and submit on time the required documents during application for new facility and its renewal in coordination with other departments.
Financial Risk Management (FRM)
- Prepares the submission of quarterly, semi-annual and annual submission of required documents in compliance with existing loan covenants.
Records/Document Management (DM)
- Organizes and completes the maintenance of all files/records on all loan-related transactions such as but not limited to MOA, TLA, PN, DS, proof of transactions e.g. ORs, RFLAs to name a few.
People Management (PM)
- Attends coordination meetings regarding matters concerning loans and other concerns when requested and provides valuable inputs and feedback thereafter.
Business Relationship Management (BRM)
- Maintain regular communication with creditor and depository banks on loan and other related matters and concerns.
Others
- Prepares the timely submission of reportorial requirements of the Unit (refer to Annex A).
Performs new projects or functions assigned by the Loans Management Unit Head and LLM Head.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree related to finance or accounting, or any other related programs. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- With intermediate knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications; SAP exposure is an advantage.
- Can communicate effectively with different levels of the organization.
- Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
- Possess good presentation skills.
- Can handle various tasks simultaneously even under pressure and detail oriented.
- Should be analytical, with good numerical skills and resourceful.
- Amenable to work in Pasay City from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM.
