Job Description:
1. Seller Supply & Program Strategy Ownership
- Own the overall structure of seller programs to grow seller livestream activity and performance.
- Define and maintain consistent program logic, eligibility principles, and seller-facing communication
- Translate high-level business objectives into clear, executable seller program frameworks
- Track and support seller supply-related metrics to inform program iteration and prioritization
2. Program Validation & BD Pilot Execution
- Act as the first landing owner for new seller initiatives and emerging directions
- Engage with 30 early-interest sellers to validate feasibility, readiness, and key constraints
- Design structured pilots with clear scope, expectations, and learning signals
- Synthesize seller feedback and pilot results into insights to support expansion or iteration decisions
3. Cross-team Coordination
- Partner closely with program execution, voucher & budget planning, internal livestream channels, and commercial teams
- Ensure seller program strategy is well-aligned with execution and resource planning
- Surface risks, trade-offs, and dependencies early to support informed decision-making
