In this role, you'll take charge of the details that make every listing shinefrom managing paperwork to coordinating showingsensuring a smooth, professional experience for both agents and clients. What You'll Do

Listing Documentation: Prepare and finalize listing agreements and paperwork with precision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

System Management: Input new property listings into relevant platforms, capturing detailed and compelling property information.

Document Coordination: Organize essential documents such as Seller's Disclosures, Lead-Based Paint Disclosures, and HOA files, making them readily accessible to buyers.

Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange professional photoshoots, open houses, and property showings to highlight each listing at its best.

Feedback Management: Gather and compile showing feedback, providing valuable insights to help sellers optimize their listings.

Offer Coordination: Oversee incoming offers, including addendums, counteroffers, and multiple-offer situations, ensuring smooth and timely negotiations.

Seller Reporting: Deliver weekly updates to sellers, keeping them informed on listing performance, feedback, and buyer interest.
