Role Summary
- Strategic and analytical leader to drive high-impact projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Listings & Content Management (LCM) team. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening policy governance, and building scalable processes to support business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong problem-solving capabilities, data-driven thinking, and structured project management experience, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Improvement & Transformation
- Lead initiatives to improve LCM processes, governance frameworks, and operating models.
- Identify root causes of inefficiencies and design scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Develop and execute improvement roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
- Track performance and measure impact of implemented initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into listings and content workflows.
Policy & Governance Management
- Review and enhance Listings & Content policies across categories and markets.
- Partner with Legal, Corporate Affairs, Seller Operations, Logistics, and other stakeholders to develop and implement policy changes.
- Conduct impact assessments and ensure proper cascade and adherence to policies.
- Standardize and maintain policy documentation and reference materials.
- Partner with regional teams to align on global protocols and best practices.
Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead end-to-end cross-functional projects from scoping to execution.
- Define milestones, KPIs, risks, and governance structures.
- Manage multiple initiatives concurrently while ensuring timely delivery.
- Drive stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze operational and compliance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
- Monitor productivity and process-related performance metrics
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in Strategy, Consulting, Continuous Improvement, Operations Excellence, or Project Management.
- Proven track record managing cross-functional projects with measurable business impact.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, risk, or policy governance is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data visualization or BI tools is a plus.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
