Job Title: LinkedIn Talent Sourcer (Candidate Sourcing & Boolean Expert)
Location: Remote (Flexible Timing)
Monday - Friday | 5 Hours per Day
Salary: $200/month (Negotiable for strong/experienced candidates)
Role Summary:
We are seeking a LinkedIn Talent Sourcer with deep, hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search.
This role is strictly focused on precision candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter.
You will be responsible for analyzing job descriptions, building high-accuracy Boolean strings, and saving exact-match candidate profiles into the LinkedIn Recruiter pipeline. This is not an outreach, coordination, or end-to-end recruiting role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates for assigned roles
- Thoroughly analyze job descriptions to understand must-have vs nice-to-have requirements
- Build and refine advanced Boolean search strings (Titles, Keywords, etc)
- Identify highly relevant, JD-aligned candidate profiles only
- Save qualified profiles into the LinkedIn Recruiter project pipeline
- Maintain clean, well-organized, and role-specific pipelines
- Continuously optimize searches based on feedback and hiring needs
- Ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all sourced profiles
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (mandatory)
- Strong command of advanced Boolean search techniques
- Demonstrated ability to interpret job descriptions accurately
- Experience sourcing mid to senior-level roles
- High attention to detail with a strong quality mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience sourcing for US, UK, and Canada.
- Background in agency, RPO, or offshore sourcing teams
- Experience sourcing Technical, SaaS, Engineering, Healthcare or corporate roles

- Pipelines consist of high-quality, exact-match profiles
- Minimal profile rejection due to mismatch
- Boolean searches are structured, optimized, and reusable
- Hiring team can confidently proceed with shortlisted candidates
Who Should Not Apply:
- Entry-level or junior sourcers
- Candidates without real LinkedIn Recruiter experience
- Recruiters focused mainly on outreach, coordination, or closing
