Our goal is to find an amazing writer who can write engaging LinkedIn posts & newsletters, using the information we prepare for them or taking the information from our video content, which we have a lot of, and just adapting it to the written form for us and our clients.
We want someone who takes pride in generating results and wants to be a part of a business that scales to multi-six figures inthe next year.
Ideally, the person can adapt to different styles of writing based on the style of communicating the client or us have in videos and other content of the brand.
This is a part-time role, with an opportunity to go full-time in 2 months.

We want to hit average $30k per month in Q2 2026, and hit 50k by the end of 2026.

What's Special About This Role
1. We've created a rock-solid method that makes reliable results for founders on Youtube with them only spending 1-3 hours per month on it.
2. This role is remote.
What Are The Requirements For This Role
Basics & Logistics:
1. You need to have a modern computer with a 64-bit processor and a fast, reliable internet connection.
2. You'll have a flexible schedule.
3. Able to start working ASAP (you have to be able to go full-time in 3-6 months)
4. Excellent English is a Must (both written and spoken)
5. Comfortable with copywriting, email writing and ghostwriting.
Focus, Attention to Detail, Being Well Organized and Efficient - the work is highly complex and requires a lot of diligent attention to detail and active experimentation. Your focus can literally be the difference between success and failure of the entire project. If you have a hard time focusing on one single task for hours at a time, this role might not be for you.
Coachability - we want you to be able to take feedback well and leave your ego at the door, you can always improve and I want you to be eager to hear constructive criticism. We also want you to keep improving on your skills.
Initiative - I want you to be a self-starter, someone who can take ownership of their role even without constant supervision. Be the CEO of your own position and strive for success every day.
Strong Work Ethic - We work efficiently and are disciplined, and it's part of our company culture.
Focused on achieving results - We don't just create videos, we analyze data and see where we can improve our process to achieve better results. We expect you to do the same.

Previous experience needed
The role requires previous writing experience, and the following background is a PLUS:
1. Previous experience as newsletter & LinkedIn ghostwriter and copywriter
2. Background in advertising or marketing
Compensation is negotiated based on the project. If you have your own pricing please send it over as part of the application.
- Once proven (2 months+) we can discuss options of bonuses & full-time employment
Timeline
We are hiring ASAP
I will interview 10 people max and then make a decision (the best applications will get interviews).
The goal is to have someone in place and ready to work by end of January 2026.
