Job Summary:
The Lifestyle Executive is responsible for curating, managing, and promoting lifestyle programs, events, and experiences that enhance the brand and customer engagement. This role combines elements of marketing, customer relations, and event management to deliver exceptional lifestyle offerings to clients or members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute lifestyle programs, events, and campaigns aligned with brand values.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders for collaborations and sponsorships.
- Monitor lifestyle trends and competitor offerings to ensure innovative and relevant programming.
- Manage logistics, budgets, and timelines for events and lifestyle initiatives.
- Oversee marketing and promotional activities related to lifestyle programs, including social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client/member inquiries and feedback related to lifestyle experiences.
- Prepare reports on program performance, attendance, and ROI for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in lifestyle management, event planning, or brand management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for lifestyle trends.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
