Job Description

The Role

As the Lifecycle Management Head, you will be responsible for orchestrating the entire journey of credit card customersfrom acquisition and onboarding through activation, engagement, and retention.

In addition, you will play a key role in shaping the bank's competitive edge by ensuring that every stage of the customer lifecycle is optimized for value creation, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Beyond this, you will serve as a strategic architect, operational leader, and cross-functional collaborator, driving both immediate business results and long-term portfolio health.

How you'll contribute

  • Lead lifecycle strategy by aligning with evolving goals and regulations, leveraging analytics to anticipate customer needs, and driving KPIs for growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Managing every stage of the cardholder journey, including Acquisition & Onboarding, Usage & Engagement, and Retention & Reactivation.
  • Analyze portfolio performance to shape strategies, set KPIs, and lead initiatives that drive crossselling, engagement, growth, and retention.
  • Lead a team and partner across functions to ensure seamless integration, aligned stakeholders, and efficient program execution.
  • Driving the profit and loss (P&L) for the card business, which includes budgeting, identifying revenue growth opportunities, and controlling expenses.
  • Ensure compliance by implementing company policies and monitoring adherence to audit, risk, and regulatory guidelines.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 810 years of experience in credit card lifecycle management across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Preferably with experience in Credit Card Marketing, specifically in executing acquisition and activation promos, merchant usage campaigns, and portfolio programs.
  • Has a strong background in developing portfolio actions and anti-attrition programs to drive customer retention.
  • With excellent communication skills to articulate vision and strategies to senior leadership and crossfunctional teams.
  • Must have knowledge of compliance, audit, and risk guidelines, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
