About the role

As the Lifecycle Implementation Analyst, this individual is responsible for ensuring that the various customer lifecycle initiatives in the framework and roadmap are correctly defined, set-up, tested and running in the marketing automation platform (as planned and according to prioritization). This individual has a customer-centric mindset and demonstrates the ability to create shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change with momentum.

How you'll contribute

Customer Lifecycle Implementation

  • Confident in utilizing the marketing platform (Bloomreach/Exponea) to support the automated implementation and improvements of customer lifecycle communication initiatives (for activation, usage and growth).
  • Sets up use cases and works closely with business units/program owners to test and ensure that use cases are launched correctly and within agreed timelines.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve use case flow design according to Bloomreach/Exponea's system capabilities or limitations.
  • Reports any issues encountered with launched use cases.
  • Ensures data is available (manual or automatic) to run a use case
  • Recommends process improvements to building and testing use case in Bloomreach/Exponea.

System Readiness for Customer Lifecycle

  • Ensures that Bloomreach/Exponea is ready and running.
  • Reports any system issues encountered to System Owner and/or other teams necessary.
  • Participates in the development of learning paths with SB Academy to ensure the stakeholders, users, developers have access to the right training modules according to their role.

Persuasive Communication Skills

  • Promoting and influencing customer centric approach within the organization.
  • Collaborate and manage stakeholders to make sure project progress are disseminated and goals are aligned
  • Engaging and Encouraging the organization in the process of promoting a customer-centric approach

What we're looking for:

  • Years of Work Experience: 1 - 4 Years
  • Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced knowledge in Bank customer lifecycle journeys. Ability to use data strongly to run hyper-personalization programs for each segment lifecycle
  • Knows Agile, comfortable launching and iterating quickly and using data
  • Expert in doing test and learn programs to quickly launch key initiatives
  • Team player, critical thinker and with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to tackle unexpected problems and resolve conflicts
  • Can demonstrate experience adapting to change, and be able to hit the ground running, with multiple projects to tight deadlines
