GoTeam is currently looking for
Lien Negotiator to manage post-settlement lien negotiations, including health insurance, hospital, private medical, and state and federal medical provider liens. The ideal candidate will finalize cases to ensure optimal client recovery, demonstrating high efficiency and proficiency. Key responsibilities include regular client updates, drafting reduction letters, obtaining final medical balances at settlement, organizing client medical bills, and communicating with medical providers and Medicare.
Base Salary up to Php 30,000
This role is permanent work from home (remote) | US Shift (Night Shift)
In This Position, You Will Be
- Keeping clients regularly informed
- Providing status updates to providers
- Drafting reduction letters
- Obtaining final medical balances at settlement
- Assembling, organizing, and itemizing client medical bills
- Communicating with medical providers and Medicare
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree graduate of any course
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor on the phone and in all business communications
- Strong ability to meet deadlines and quotas
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Capability to work both independently and as a team member
