Overall purpose, duties and responsibilities of the role:
Ensures overall compliance of the company with IC Licensing regulations and enforces conformity of sales force to company administrative policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate/Process the application for the registration of EastWest Ageas insurance sales force as Insurance Agents with the Insurance Commission in order to legally allow the selling of both the traditional and non-traditional life insurance products of EastWest Ageas.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve the Distribution manpower requirements to ensure proper deployment of the sales force to their respective stores/areas.
- Communicate and monitor compliance of sales force to admin related policies and procedures to check if expenses/usage of tools of trade is within company approved budget.
- Manage, appraise, develop, and motivate subordinate staff in order to derive optimal performances
- Set-up and maintenance of Sales Hierarchy in the various EastWest Ageas tools to ensure proper tagging of sales.
- Manages the administrative requirements in the various houses for agency and oversees the house administrators to ensure that the houses are in good operating condition.
- Manages the Helpdesk Team comprised of the House Administrators to make sure that the TAT in addressing concerns in relation to EWAPP is followed and the escalation process is complied with.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year college course
- Minimum of 3 years of previous work experience in Admin Support in a life insurance company handling licensing
- Adept with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Organized and deadline driven
