Job Responsibilities
Coordinate daily hauling operations from vessel to subcontracted trucks
Monitor delivery schedules
Act as liaison between vessel crew, truck subcontractors, and head office
Ensure complete and accurate delivery documents
Monitor dispatch, arrival, and turnaround times
Report issues, delays, or discrepancies immediately
Assist in documentation, billing, and operational reports
Qualifications
Graduate of any course (Engineering or Logistics-related course is an advantage)
Experience in logistics, shipping, or transport operations is preferred but not required
Fresh graduates with strong coordination and communication skills are welcome to apply
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Willing to travel or be assigned on-site if needed
Computer literate (Excel, reports, email)
