Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily hauling operations from vessel to subcontracted trucks
  • Monitor delivery schedules
  • Act as liaison between vessel crew, truck subcontractors, and head office
  • Ensure complete and accurate delivery documents
  • Monitor dispatch, arrival, and turnaround times
  • Report issues, delays, or discrepancies immediately
  • Assist in documentation, billing, and operational reports

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any course (Engineering or Logistics-related course is an advantage)
  • Experience in logistics, shipping, or transport operations is preferred but not required
  • Fresh graduates with strong coordination and communication skills are welcome to apply
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to travel or be assigned on-site if needed
  • Computer literate (Excel, reports, email)
