iHudyat is seeking a Liaison officer that is a dedicated and goal-oriented candidate who will be responsible for daily administrative tasks and clerical work. Administrative and Liaison officer will also work closely with the logistic and warehouse department in ensuring proper monitoring of tools and equipment used.
The role requires at least high school graduate with excellent driving skills with the understanding that a Liaison Officer will be responsible for transporting documents or packages to their designated locations, can handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity and with strong sense of professionalism. Also, ensuring safe and timely transport of employees to and from assigned project locations
- At least high school graduate
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical role
- Has an experience as a Liaison
- With professional drivers license and has excellent driving skills (RC - 1, 2, 3)
- With excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Detailed- oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently or work collaboratively with different teams
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse and logistic support: Handle daily administrative duties, including monitoring and inventory of tools and equipment.
- Tools and Equipment: Familiarization with various items, tools and equipment used by the company.
- Reporting: Submit regular reports with regards to inventory status
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Transport: Safely and efficiently transport documents and packages to their designated locations accurately and within specified timeframe. Drive employees to designated project locations using company-provided vehicles
- Supports project teams by driving or accompanying employees to sites during days without scheduled liaison deliveries or document submissions
- Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
- Perform related functions or tasks as assigned by manager.
