Job Description

Liaison Officer (Company Driver)(Up to 25,000 Base + FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | On-site | Day Shift (7 AM4 PM, MondayFriday; may vary based on business needs)

This role is essential to ensuring timely operations, safe transportation, and accurate document handling. You will represent GoTeam in interactions with clients, government agencies, banks, and partnersevery trip you take contributes to building our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation & Messenger Duties

  • Safely transport employees, executives, VIP clients, and company materials to assigned destinations (including airports).
  • Follow set routes and schedules while accommodating urgent trips when needed.
  • Assist in loading and unloading items and perform motorized messenger tasks for company deliveries and errands.

Vehicle Maintenance & Safety

  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are clean, secured, and well-maintained.
  • Report mechanical issues, delays, or accidents promptly.
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
  • Manage annual vehicle registration and insurance renewals.

General Office & Facilities Support

  • Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage, and fuel records.
  • Assist with office relocations and moving equipment, furniture, or supplies.

Government Agency Coordination

Handle in-person submissions and follow-ups with:

  • BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG
  • Including: remittances, loan processing, employee registrations/updates, and compliance documentation.

Tax & Compliance Support

  • Assist with business permit processing and renewal.
  • Coordinate with LGUs and regulatory agencies.
  • Submit tax-related documents, secure clearances, and handle notarization requirements.

Treasury & Banking Support

  • Visit banks for ATM releases, in-person transactions, and account-related follow-ups.
  • Collect official receipts or documents from suppliers on behalf of AP/Treasury.

Asset & Deployment Support

  • Deliver or ship company equipment via couriers or PAL Cargo at the airport.
  • Pick up items from suppliers and coordinate with the Asset and Procurement Teams.

Role Details

Compensation: Up to 25,000

Schedule: 7 AM4 PM, MondayFriday (may vary based on business needs)

Work Setup: On-site

Reports to: Operations, Facilities, and Finance Teams (depending on task type)
