Job Description

  • Serve as the main contact between organizations, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure smooth collaboration between parties.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including making bank transactions and logistics.
  • Perform daily tasks such as making deliveries and pickups.
  • Ensure the safe and timely transportation of goods or documents.
  • Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues.
  • Act as a liaison officer for accounting matters, ensuring smooth financial processes and documentation.
  • Company motor is provided
  • Graduate of any course.
  • Previous experience in liaison, public relations, or stakeholder management (preferred).
  • Must possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of local roads and routes.
  • Willing to work in South Caloocan.
  • Immediate availability to start (ASAP)
