Six Eleven Center is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-level 2 Call Center Agent with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to resolve customer inquiries while providing exceptional support. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle inbound customer calls by providing accurate information and resolving inquiries promptly, ensuring adherence to call center protocols and performance metrics.
- Document customer interactions in the system, ensuring accurate and detailed records are maintained while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) for call handling and data entry.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by actively listening, offering effective solutions, and demonstrating problem-solving skills, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high professionalism in all interactions, consistently meeting quality standards for communication, tone, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices, provide support, and escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior agents, ensuring efficient resolution of customer concerns.
