WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a Philippine-qualified lawyer to function as a client-facing legal operations lead supporting a U.S. based legal practice. This role combines legal judgment, client intake, negotiation support, and operational coordination.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1. Client Intake & Communication
- Manage client interactions by handling calls, conducting intake and needs assessment, qualifying leads, responding to inquiries, and maintaining clear, professional, and persuasive communication.
2. Business Development Support
- Support revenue growth by converting leads into clients, managing follow-ups and retention, preparing engagement agreements, and assisting in negotiations.
3. Legal Operations & Coordination with Updating of Books/Financial Records
- Oversee case and operational workflows by managing trackers and data, coordinating across teams, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality of both legal and financial records.
4. Legal Support & Oversight
- Review and guide legal outputs, assist in drafting and structuring documents, support Amazon-related appeals, and ensure all work aligns with legal standards and business objectives.
5. Marketing & Content Coordination
- Oversee marketing performance and lead flow, collaborate with content teams, and provide legal and business input to ensure effective and aligned messaging.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Juris Doctor (Philippines)
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable in client facing roles
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Able to manage multiple workstreams
- With basic accounting/financial knowledge
