Legal Officer

JOB SUMMARY:

The Legal Officer is responsible for handling and monitoring all legal affairs of the company.

Represents the company and its officers/owners in legal cases, gives assistance and

collaborates with the Legal & Corporate Affairs Manager in all legal cases, as well as ensure

the legal and government compliance of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor's degree in Law

Licensed/ professional/ Bar Passer

Preferably 6-8 years of working experience in corporate law practice with solid experience in

government transactions and litigation.
