Provides legal advice/opinion on all matters relating to the business
Advises and represents the company before government agencies, such as regulators, judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, and legislative bodies
Supports the business in managing and mitigating legal, regulatory, and commercial risks and assists in implementing solutions and compliance
Drafts, reviews, and assists in the negotiation of contracts and other legal documents ensuring always that the interest of the business is amply protected
Performs other related functions inherent in team operation, acts as corporate resource, and performs other tasks assigned by higher management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a law graduate and passed the Philippine Bar examination.
Must have 5 to 7 years of previous experience in legal practice
Subject matter expert on fields of law (e.g., contracts and commercial transactions, corporate law, regulatory compliance, litigation, and labor).
