Legal Counsel

The Legal Counsel will be part of the Philippine legal team, supporting the general corporate requirements of assigned business units in the Philippines. This includes corporate housekeeping, labor and employment matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, compliance management, and advising on commercial transactions.

The role will also handle the legal needs of assigned business units and support functions in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

• Practice Area Management: Handle assigned legal practice areas based on specific projects and business requirements.
• Account Legal Management: Provide legal support to business units, support services, and functions, including operational and project-related matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor
• At least 3 years of legal practice in a top-tier law firm or company
• Experience in reviewing digital contracts and familiarity with data privacy matters is preferred
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
