Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Governance & Entity Management

Oversee entity incorporation and daily governance in the PH. Manage Board and Shareholder meeting procedures, draft corporate resolutions, and handle day-to-day Corporate Secretary duties.

Compliance & Business Support

Establish the local legal compliance framework (labor law, foreign investment, data privacy,etc. ). Provide full legal support for commercial operations, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.

HQ Alignment & External Counsel

Act as the primary legal liaison to Group HQ, monitor local regulatory changes, and manage local external law firms for cost-effective execution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Philippine Bar admission with 2–4 years PQE in corporate law and commercial transactions (open to more experienced candidates / PQE flexible).
Hands-on familiarity with Board/Shareholder workflows, Corporate Secretary responsibilities, regulatory filings, and local notarization procedures.
Professional fluency in English; ability to speak basic Mandarin is a strong plus.
Excellent cross-cultural communication, commercial acumen, and self-drive in a fast- paced environment is preferred.
