Legal Contracts Specialist

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Contracts Specialist to support the review and management of international contracts. The ideal candidate should have a legal background and experience in contract review, agreement execution, and obligations management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze international contracts and agreements
• Assist in contract execution and ensure obligations are properly tracked and managed
• Maintain contract databases and monitoring tools for contract lifecycle tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding contract requirements and deadlines
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of contract documentation

Qualifications:

• Preferably with legal education (college graduate or underbar)
• At least 1 year of experience reviewing international contracts
• Experience in agreement execution and obligations management
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms is an advantage but not required
