The Role:
We are looking for a Legal Associate to support IDR's growing operations. The ideal candidate will have 24 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, contracts, and regulatory compliance, ideally within the professional services, market research, or technology sectors.
You will work closely with IDR's global legal team to review, draft, and manage contracts, ensure compliance with local and international laws (including data privacy and labor regulations), and help strengthen the company's legal frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualification and Skills:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Risk Management, or a related field. Must be a member of the Philippine Bar in good standing

Working Hours:3 pm to 12 am (Philippine Time)

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range:Competitive, based on experience
