Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of legal and corporate documents
  • Handle SEC registrations, amendments, and reportorial requirements
  • Process company registrations and coordinate with relevant government agencies
  • Support corporate and property transactions, including document preparation and coordination with internal and external parties
  • Maintain and organize corporate records, legal files, and documentation
  • Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely submission of regulatory requirements
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
  • Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders on legal matters.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a law office, corporate legal department, or private company
  • Experience in corporate and property transactions
  • Knowledgeable in SEC rules and regulations, including incorporation, amendments, and reportorial requirements
  • Experience in processing company registrations
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.
