Legal Admin / Legal Secretary VA
Remote | Part-time or Full-time | Must be amenable to Ireland working hours
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Admin / Legal Secretary VA to support the client with document preparation, filing, team communication, and general administrative support.
This role is best suited to someone with prior legal admin or legal secretary experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and confidence working within structured systems and databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and organize legal documents
- Review purchase contracts and related documents for accuracy and completeness
- Review Folio Maps and assist with document checks
- Maintain and organize electronic legal files
- Ensure records, correspondence, and case-related documents are kept up to date
- Communicate regularly with the team regarding progress, updates, and pending items
- Provide general legal administrative and secretary support
- Update internal systems and maintain accurate records across databases and CRM platforms
Requirements
- Previous experience in a legal admin, legal secretary, legal assistant, or similar role
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently
- Comfortable using CRM systems and databases to keep records and workflows updated, with experience in platforms such as Clio, LEAP, or HubSpot being a plus
- Must be amenable to working Ireland business hours, whether on a part-time or full-time basis
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting a solicitor, conveyancing team, or law firm
- Familiarity with property-related legal documentation
- Experience working remotely in an administrative support role
