Leasing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and promote available commercial or retail spaces to prospective tenants.
• Handle tenant inquiries, site inspections, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Identify and develop potential tenants and leasing opportunities.
• Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and other commercial conditions.
• Prepare and process lease proposals, contracts, and related documents.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
• Monitor lease expirations, renewals, vacancies, and tenant requirements.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, property management, and operations teams regarding lease transactions.
• Conduct market research and monitor rental rates and competitor activities.
• Prepare leasing reports, updates, and occupancy monitoring.
• Assist in resolving tenant concerns and ensuring timely completion of leasing requirements.
• Achieve leasing and occupancy targets set by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• With experience in leasing, property management, real estate, sales, or business development is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Results-oriented and capable of meeting leasing targets.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to conduct site visits and meet with prospective tenants.
