Leasing Officer

The Leasing Officer assist the Leasing Manager in improving and maximizing the tenant occupancy of the mall by managing all tenant contracts whether for awarding and/or renewal.

The individual generates Lease reports such as but not limited to Sales Performance Report, Comparative Analysis Reports and Accounts Update Report on a regular basis for proper monitoring and reportorial compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or Financial Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position; preferably Supervisor specializing in Property/Real Estate, Marketing and Sales Administration or equivalent
• Above average communication skills both oral and written
• Willing to be assigned at SM Megamall
