Leasing Manager

To design and ensure proper implementation of the necessary systems, strategies, action-plans and controls

required for over-all leasing operations in order to develop loyal business partners for long term business plans,

achieve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue generation guided by the organization protocols and

regulatory requirements of the country.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years managerial experience in areas of sales management, planning, and operations.
• Graduate of BS/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or any other business-related courses. A related master's degree is not required but will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills

Educational Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or any related courses

Experience Requirement

• 5 years of working experience in leasing, real estate, retail, fashion, sales and marketing, business development, or any other related work from an international/high-end brand
