Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Makati for a Leasing Manager. The Leasing Manager will oversee lease administration, manage tenant relations, and work to maximize property occupancy. The role includes conducting market research, developing leasing strategies, maintaining strong resident retention rates, and ensuring the efficient management of properties. This position requires collaboration with other departments and delivering a high level of service to both potential and current tenants.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Leases and Lease Administration processes
• Experience in Market Research and analyzing market trends
• Proficiency in Property Management and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Strong focus on Resident Retention and tenant relationship management
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
