Job Tite: Renewal Coordinator
Job Type: Full Time/Fully Remote
Rate: $960/month
The Renewal Coordinator supports the Renewal Manager by ensuring the day-to-day communication and follow-up for monthly renewal proposals to tenants on a timely basis.
Primary Responsibilities:
Handles daily renewal questions or requests via phone calls, texts, e-mails from residents
Follow-ups with tenants vias phone, texts, e-mails pending renewal proposals
Provides timely, attentive, upbeat service to residents, and making sure their needs are met or explained in a manner that reflects positively on the company or business
Reports to management about renewal timelines and information pertaining to renewals
Reviews daily renewal reporting for communication purposes both to tenants and management
Properly directs tenants to other team members for additional questions and support
Minor Duties:
Encouraged to reach out and network with Peak's team of leasing agents and coordinators to grow competency and gain efficiency
Ensure compliance with Peak Properties company policy, as well as federal and local regulations
Attend Peak meetings and/or connect with other Peak employees to share best practices
Additional duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications:
Must have lease renewals experience for a US property management company
Must have basic computer skills, including but not limited to: e-mail (Outlook), Word, and Excel
Must be able to clearly communicate in written and verbal form
Must be able to meet strict and/or aggressive deadlines
Must be able to multitask, problem solve, prioritize work, and work in fast pace environment
Must have strong interpersonal, organizational, and relationship management skills
Must display initiative-taking, resilience, due diligence, positive attitude, and resourcefulness
Experience working with Yardi a plus
Experience of Excel is a plus
Knowledge of property management a plus

Must be available during US standard business hours (PST)
