The
Lease Officer is responsible for tenants prospecting and negotiation, contracts management, tenant retention, lease turnover, and renewals.
Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in any Business/Management course.
- At least 2 years working experience in related field required. Prior experience with Property Lease, particularly in commercial lease, is an advantage.
