Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews of rental terms and charges for all existing PC Branches to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.
- Prepares and evaluates lease contract reviews and analyses as basis for drafting and negotiating contract of lease renewals.
- Drafts, reviews, and finalizes contract of lease agreements and renewal drafts in coordination with management and legal.
- Coordinates with site officers to ensure timely completion of lease documents and updated lease database with accurate and complete records.
- Manages lessor relationships and engagement, including issuance of coordination letters, and provides timely reports and recommendations to management for review and approval.
Qualifications/Competencies:
- Lease Contract Management & Analysis: Contract review, Financial computation, Database management.
- Lessor Relations & Negotiation: Lease negotiation, Compliance knowledge, Documentation handling.
- Planning & Organization: Scheduling renewals, records tracking.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Report preparation, coordination with finance/Legal/operations.
