Lease Accounting Manager

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience as a People Manager or equivalent Leadership capacity in a BPO or Shared Services setup
• At least 3-5 years experience in Lease Accounting, e.g., fixed assets, capital assets, accruals, prepaids, intercompany
• Lease software experience is a plus
• Well versed in IFRS and US GAAP
• Prior experience in any of the following: JDE, BlackLine, AS400, Navision
• Task prioritization under deadlines
• Amenable to work permanent night shift schedules (US hours)
• Will follow temporary WFH setup but must be amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City once required to RTO
• Can start ASAP
