Learning Operations Specialist (Up to ₱60K | Hybrid | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Hybrid | 11:00 PM–8:00 AM | Monday–Friday

You own the technical execution and build-out of our Learning Management System (Docebo), ensuring a seamless and structured experience for all learners. Your work follows disciplined administration protocols, managing user profiles, system notifications, and gamification elements from the ground up.

This is initially an execution-focused role where you operate within defined project phases to transform raw content into learner-ready modules. Over time, this role transitions into strategic learning design, making it ideal for professionals who thrive in structured environments and value clear, measurable delivery standards.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• At least 2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or LMS administration and support.
• Hands-on responsibility for managing LMS platforms (Docebo preferred) and building microlearning or digital modules.
• Working knowledge of SCORM packages, basic video editing, and content assembly within learning paths.
• Experience operating under structured project management phases, managing 1–3 learning projects at a time.
• Willingness to work the night shift (11:00 PM–8:00 AM) and comply with hybrid work requirements.

Strong Signals

• Advanced video production or graphic design skills.
• Completed training or certifications through Docebo University.
• Experience in setting up ILT/VILT sessions and automated enrollment workflows

Responsibility Pillars

LMS Administration & Build-out. You own the technical heartbeat of the learning ecosystem—ensuring the Docebo platform is configured for maximum reliability and ease of use.

• Manage user profiles, branches, and learning plans to support targeted development.
• Build L&D dashboards and troubleshoot system issues to ensure continuous uptime.

Content Development & Curation. You own the learner experience—transforming expert knowledge into structured, engaging, and high-quality digital assets.

• Build short-form microlearning modules and assemble comprehensive learning paths.
• Create quizzes, surveys, and job aids that align with established delivery standards.

Collaboration & Project Management. You own the interface between technology and people—partnering with SMEs and tracking progress through structured delivery phases.

• Partner with the Learning & Development team to gather, clarify, and refine training content.
• Manage 1–3 learning projects simultaneously with high attention to detail across all deliverables
