As a Learning Experience Designer, you will use your technical expertise to design and develop high-quality, high-impact learning solutions from a range of delivery methods (instructor-led, web-based, virtual classroom, and blended instruction). In this role, you will:
- Assess the needs of the stakeholders and establish the learning goals, desired outcomes, and indicators of success Identify appropriate learning solutions using tools such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, sampling techniques.
- Design and develop high quality learning solutions that are appropriate to the learner profile Create assessments and evaluate the impact of training programs
- Provide estimations and meet the effort required to complete a project.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of work experience in instructional design
- Studies in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Education or equivalent curriculum focused on learning Authoring tools functionality
Work Set-Up
- Hybrid (Once in 3 months onsite schedule)
- Night shift schedule (9PM - 6AM)
