Create and maintain practical, process-oriented training materials that reflect the operational team's playbooks and standard operating procedures.
Facilitate process training sessions for operational teams through classroom, virtual, and on-the-job walkthroughs.
Gather feedback from training participants to identify areas for improvement, capture recommendations, and provide actionable insights for refining process training content.
Create structured action plans following each training session to reinforce learning objectives, track application of processes on the floor, and ensure continuous improvement in operational performance.
Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, and managing participant invitations.
Prepare and provide training session summaries or participation updates for managerial review.
Support onboarding-related activities as required to assist the manager.
Work closely with Operations Managers or Department Managers to ensure content reflects current processes and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary, or a related field.
35 years of hands-on hospitality operations experience across one or more departments, preferably F&B or Butler services.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in training facilitation or delivering operational process training
