Job Description

Job Summary:

Implements training programs for Bank employees.

How will you contribute:

  1. Coordinates with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or External Consultant regarding training materials and ensures that it is updated.
  2. Prepares logistics, including checking all training equipment are arranged and accounted for after training, and ensures that assigned program is conducted on the agreed schedule.
  3. Manages the training database, eLearning facility, and handles the following reportorial requirements of the division
  4. Acts as main facilitator or alternate/co-facilitator and Program Manager for assigned training and RCBC University programs.
  5. Manages the External Training application of bank colleagues by ensuring that all related documents/requirements are submitted i.e. forms, contracts, payment request, and prepares budget certification.
  6. Ensures that the L&D policy is complied with and enforced in the course of duty.
  7. Keeps abreast of updates on BSP policies as stipulated in the Manual of Regulations for Banks (MORB) and Bank policies as specified in the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program (MTPP) through circulars, required seminars/programs and adheres to said policies.

What will make you successful:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Behavioral Science or any related course
  • Preferably with 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development
  • Experience on customer service training, human resources processes/concepts, and training needs analysis.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation/platform skills
