Job Summary
- Implements training programs Implements training programs for Bank employees.
How will you contribute
- Coordinates with the Subject Matter Expert and External Consultant regarding training materials and ensures that it is updated.
- Prepares logistics, including checking all training equipment are arranged and accounted for after training, and ensures that assigned program is conducted on the agreed schedule.
- Manages the training database, eLearning facility, and handles the reportorial requirements of the division.
- Acts as main facilitator or alternate/co-facilitator and Program Manager for assigned Training and Leadership U programs.
- Manages the External Training application of bank colleagues by ensuring that all related documents/requirements are submitted i.e. forms, contracts, payment request, and prepares budget certification.
- Ensures that the L&D policy is complied with and enforced in the course of duty.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
What will make you successful
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Behavioral Science.
- Exposure on customer service training, human resources processes/concepts, and training needs analysis
- Preferably with 1 year experience in Human Resources, Training and Development.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office programs
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication and customer orientation and commitment, excellent Presentation and Platform skills
