We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to lead technical training, capability development, employee engagement, and site-wide learning initiatives for one of our plants in Luzon. This role is critical in building a skilled, safe, motivated, and future-ready workforce across operations, maintenance, quality, and support functions.
What You'll Do:
Learning & Development Leadership
- Lead the plant-wide L&D strategy covering: technical, behavioural, leadership, digital, and compliance training
- Drive Training Needs Analysis, competency mapping, and technical curriculum development
- Ensure 100% compliance with all mandatory safety and regulatory training
- Manage LMS administration, training records, and audit-ready documentation (ISO/DOLE)
- Deliver training sessions and support OJT programs, SME networks, and certification pathways
HR & Organizational Development
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding, performance management, talent pipelines, and employee relations
- Lead site-level employee engagement programs, culture-building initiatives, and recognition activities
- Support talent management efforts, including succession planning, career development frameworks, and capability-building roadmaps
- Partner closely with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, HR, and external training providers to ensure aligned development strategies
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Engineer (EE, ME, ChE, IE, ECE) or related technical field
- 7+ years of experience in technical training, L&D, or operations (heavy industry experience is a plus)
- Strong background in competency management, curriculum design, and training governance
- Experience in HR generalist functions (onboarding, ER, performance management)
- Preferred certifications: TraintheTrainer, Six Sigma, NEBOSH, IOSH, or related safety credentials
- Strong facilitation, leadership, data analysis, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Willing to be deployed in Rizal Province
