The Qualifications We Seek
- 3+ years of Learning & Development or Instructional Design experience supporting Australian accounts, in a performance-driven or contact center environment.
- Proven experience designing structured curricula, training frameworks, and performance-based learning programs for voice, email, and chat operations.
- Strong ability to identify business needs and performance gaps, then translate insights into targeted learning solutions that improve results.
- Solid application of adult learning principles, blended learning methodologies, and end-to-end learning journeys from onboarding through continuous development.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, content authoring tools, virtual training systems, and digital or AI-enabled learning tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure training effectiveness, interpret learning data, and connect outcomes to performance improvement.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and leadership levels.
Your Daily Tasks
- Design onboarding and capability programs aligned with service KPIs and operational goals
- Build scalable learning frameworks that drive consistent performance
- Facilitate targeted training and reinforcement programs based on performance insights
- Identify performance gaps through data and stakeholder input, translating findings into learning solutions
- Align learning plans with operational priorities and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Measure training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and business outcomes
- Partner with leaders to strengthen individual and team capability
- Develop and maintain training content, SOPs, and knowledge resources
- Champion continuous learning through blended, data-driven, performance-focused approaches
