Qualifications

Experience

  • 5-8+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with strong focus on paid media and performance marketing
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience developing and executing demand generation strategies tied to pipeline and revenue goals
  • Experience leading paid media specialists or digital marketing teams

Technical & Strategic Skills

  • Strong expertise in paid media strategy, campaign execution, targeting, optimization, and budget management
  • Solid understanding of funnel metrics, attribution, and pipeline contribution
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and turn insights into strategy
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for reporting and lifecycle management

Additional Requirements

  • Able to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in campaign environments
  • Strong communication skills with ability to guide cross-functional teams
  • Experience in performance marketing environments focused on lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Highly organized with strong project and campaign management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B services, SaaS, or enterprise marketing environments
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and related tools
  • Experience using intent data and audience enrichment platforms
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and website performance

Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution (Core Focus)

  • Own paid digital strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and relevant channels
  • Develop campaign plans based on audience targeting, channel mix, budgets, and messaging
  • Review account performance and implement optimizations when needed
  • Improve results through audience refinement, creative testing, bid strategy, and landing page enhancements

Demand Generation & Campaign Strategy

  • Translate business objectives into end-to-end campaign strategies that generate pipeline and revenue
  • Lead campaign planning from concept to execution, including campaign themes, messaging direction, channel mix, sequencing, and asset requirements
  • Develop campaign concepts aligned with target audience pain points and market opportunities
  • Ensure all campaigns are built with a performance-first mindset focused on lead quality and pipeline contribution
  • Team Leadership & Execution Oversight
  • Directly manage and mentor paid media specialists
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for campaign execution across paid channels
  • Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and performance expectations
  • Review campaign performance and guide optimization across the team
  • Act as the central point of coordination for digital campaign execution

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with content and creative teams to define campaign messaging and asset requirements
  • Work with web and SEO teams to improve landing page performance and conversion optimization
  • Provide clear direction and briefs to ensure campaign assets align with strategy and business goals
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across teams to ensure efficient execution

Performance Marketing, Analytics & Optimization

  • Own performance tracking and optimization across all digital campaigns
  • Analyze campaign results to identify trends, shifts, optimization opportunities, and drivers of lead quality and pipeline growth
  • Make data-driven decisions on budget allocation, channel performance, and campaign adjustments
  • Develop reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity to pipeline progression, conversion rates, and revenue impact

Platform & Tool Utilization

  • Maintain strong working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, HubSpot, and related marketing tools
  • Utilize ABM and intent platforms such as Factors.AI, Apollo, or similar tools when applicable
  • Ensure platforms and tools are used effectively to support campaign execution and performance tracking
