We are looking for a Learning & Development Associate.

JOB SUMMARY

The Learning & Development Associate implements and provides analytical support to the learning and development requirements of the company. This position initiates the conduct of the training cycle, with focus on needs analysis, design, administration and evaluation of learning interventions.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Applies Workplace Learning and Performance principles in the needs analysis, design, conduct and evaluation of learning and development programs
• Conducts needs analysis with line organizations to identify and analyze learning and development and performance improvement requirements
• Designs and develops appropriate learning intervention based on identified needs analysis
• Manages the conduct and implementation of learning and development programs using traditional and non-traditional methodologies
• Prepares all necessary instruction materials, checklists, reports, documentation required in the conduct of learning and development programs
• Conducts evaluation of effectiveness of Learning & Development Programs using latest evaluation tools and techniques

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably with a degree in Psychology, Organization Development, Human Resource Management, Communication, or related courses
• Proficient in the ADDIE (Analysis, design, develop, implement, evaluate) Framework
• At least 2+ years of experience in training implementation, classroom management, and facilitation
• Skilled in producing print/video materials using tools like Canva and Menti
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Data Visualization tools (specifically Excel and Power BI)
• Excellent platform, oral, written communication skills
• Effective team player, driven to achieve results, organized and focused but with certain capacity to innovate and produce creative ideas
• Amenable for a fixed-term contract for 4 years
• Willing to work on-site (Ortigas, Pasig City)
