This is a full-time, on-site role located in Muntinlupa City for a Learning and Development Specialist (Sales Trainer). The specialist will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for the sales team. Key responsibilities include creating learning materials, conducting training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and fostering continuous skill development. Additionally, the role involves supporting the professional growth of team members through coaching and mentorship, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business outcomes.

• Proficiency in Training & Development and Learning Management
• Ability to create and implement effective Instructional Design strategies
• Strong Communication and Coaching skills for mentoring and guiding teams
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to manage and enhance training programs
• Experience working in sales training or corporate learning roles
• Knowledge of industry-specific trends and best practices is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
