Learning And Development Specialist

OVERVIEW:

• To assist in designing, developing, and delivering training programs to employees in order to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance;
• To work closely with various departments to identify training needs, create curriculum, and facilitate engaging learning experiences;
• To evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement; and
• To help maintain a clean and safe working environment for the employees.

JOB SPEFICATIONS:

Qualifications

• With at least 1 year of experience in training and development
• Work experience in other HR Functions (Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, Employee Engagement) is an advantage
• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management or other related course

Knowledge

• Instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training methodologies
• MS Office applications

• Excellent Presentation and Facilitation Skills
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Good customer service skills
• Good analytical skills

• Proficient in using training-related software and multimedia tools.
