We're hiring Learning and Development Specialist (Trainer)

About the Role
The Trainer designs and delivers newhire and refresher training, assesses training needs, maintains knowledge bases and coaches agents to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and update training content and materials.
- Facilitate newhire training and conduct training needs analyses.
- Deliver refresher training and develop ongoing learning modules.
- Maintain and update the knowledge base (KB).
- Provide individual coaching and performance feedback.
- Report on training outcomes, coaching sessions and floor performance.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop or update training content.
MustHave Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of experience in training, facilitation or learning and development within a contactcenter or BPO environment.
- Experience creating training content and delivering classroom/virtual training.
- Strong coaching skills and ability to evaluate trainee performance.
- Excellent English communication.
- Willingness to work onsite in Manila.
GoodtoHave
- Experience with elearning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
- Certification in adult learning or training facilitation.
- Background in Care or Collections processes.
